not sure if there is direct flight from Foshan to Beijing, if not probably train will be better. It's highly likely flight from Foshan will land at the newly opened Daxing airport, which will be very far from the central area. But the train stations are located in the city center. Just to make sure you line in the legal taxi queue, or to take subways.
